Address Cleanup turns messy, inconsistent address lists in Google Sheets into consistent, properly-formatted address lists in just a few clicks!
Specifically, Address Cleanup will:
1) Spell out and standardize street abbreviations (Rd., St., etc.)
2) Spell out and standardize apartment abbreviations (Apt, Ste)
3) Spell out and standardize US State Abbreviations and Canadian Province Abbreviations (ie: CA > California)
4) Add a leading 0 on 4-digit zip codes!
5) (Optional) Capitalize the first letter of every word
Address Cleanup will NOT:
1) Correct misspellings (Ie: it will change "CA" to "California" but will NOT change "Clafironia" to "California")
2) Correct any names / city names
3) Spell out states and abbreviations from countries outside of the US and Canada
4) Work in programs outside of Google Sheets
